A climate catastrophe together with a permanent energy crisis are becoming more real. The nearest years and decades will be the hardest time in our history. Green Stream Project is a cluster of companies, organizations and persons who take an attempt to fight the dangerous tendencies. Releasing our civilisation from the oil is acknowledged as a priority.
 
The aim of the Green Stream Project is to cease smoothly the oil era in Poland.
 
The cluster participants are convinced that creating the electrical cars market in Poland - basing on the renewable energy sources - is a fundament of the energetic independence. However, we also consider deliveries of the carbon electrical energy in the out-of-peak periods. Therefore, we propose to replace an internal combustion engine with an electrical one. The electricity may and should eliminate the oil. Technologies are already available.
 
Moreover, the Green Stream Project is an attempt to reset our technical civilisation into more differentiated methods of the energy production.
 
Klaster Green Stream begun to exist with the initiative of firms and persons, related with technologies connected with production of electric cars. Programme of its activity has been contained in the document called "The strategy of the development of Cluster ”. Later, several significant subjects, like, f.ex. the Institute of Electrical Engineering in Warsaw (Instytut  Elektrotechniki w Warszawie) and the Association of Polish Electricians (Stowarzyszenie Polskich Elektryków). Because of the purpose and the character of the project, into its realization were involved several persons, firms and organizations from different sectors. Green Stream has become the all-Polish movement, that constitutes the business platform of firms, organization and physical persons.
